First one battery cover came off during the week long getting used to period, So we couldn't even use it. The second one worked for one day, but did not stop my dog from barking throughout the day. The next day I put it on as directed , within 15 mins he was able to get it off and break it. Customer service was no help after 30 mins on hold said there was nothing theret could do. Don't waste your money, These are not returnable to amazon either.

We have a little Chihuahua mix that we adopted and she was a barker until we found this product. Am really wanting it for our Yorkie too but it's not quite small enough. She is only 3 lbs. It works is all I can say. Stopped her barking as soon as we put it on.

It worked fine until my pet found out that he'd rather bark and endure the little spritz for a while because it would eventually empty and he could bark his little heart out!

This anti-bark collar really cut down on the barking. We have two dogs. The older one will bark and usually stops but the younger one doesn't. We bought these collars and now they bark but stop quickly. We are in the middle of a road trip, staying in hotels and then at the folks' house then back on the road for more hotels and these collars are really helping us to keep the peace for us and our fellow guests. Make sure that the collar is filled with the air because if the dog figures out that he's not getting sprayed then he just barks and barks and barks. Definately worth the purchase price.

Thank the LORD something finally works! I've tried the supersonic bark deterrents, the shock collars, everything. Nothing worked until this. Well, let's qualify that. Nothing worked at all until I tried this, which works ok. I have a Shetland Sheepdog (ridiculous barkers), and yes, the spray does scare him and make him stop barking under certain conditions. The problem is he has such long fur - that's the way the breed is - that the collar slips under and just sprays into his neck fur. The sound and feeling still unnerve him, but it's not as effective. If something really scares him, then he'll just keep barking and bear it. The collar does however, cut down immensely on his "boredom" barking. I suspect it would work much better for dogs with shorter fur, so that's why it gets an extra star. Contrary to other reviews, I found it easy to refill and set up, however it is impossible to tell how full it is, so you just have to guess, and hope that it doesn't run out when you're gone for a few hours. Definitely recommend though.
