The tube is a great idea; however, it only comes in small or large and most dogs are in between. It is also very dense in the mesh area and does not let much light through so my pet would feel very claustrophobic being in there. I was also thinking of using it inside my home, but it rolls around too much and can't serve that purpose. I am returning it.
