Brought this to take kitten camping, wanting to train at a young age to camp. So far it is working good. The kitty is starting to be comfortable inside tent. It is easy to set up/ take down and to transport. A must have for anyone who is going to take their cats camping.

Got this for Molly for X-Mas. Has been raining ever since. Should stop raining in April! She is curious.

We have one grumpy older cat and a younger cat we got as a kitten (both indoor). The kitten has stayed in this every night for months without complaint. There is room for a litter box and bed still leaving an open space for a rug, food and water. This gives our older a cat a break from the younger one and keeps the younger one from waking us up at night. We do use an old plastic table cloth (water proof) under the entire enclosure for accidental spills and to catch the litter tracked out of the litter box. The mesh is strong and stands up to occasional clawing. The front flap opening is large enough to allow easy access to the litter box and can be kept in an open position by a velcro strap. The zipper is sturdy and with smooth movement.

my cat loves the feline funhouse. It took a while for her to get used to it but now she absolutely loves it. Unfolding the funhouse at first was a little bit tricky but again, it's no big deal.

We bought this to use indoors. We have a 17 yr. old cat that has been marking his territory indoors for several years. More than 9 years ago, we made a very nice area for him on our closed-in porch so we could control his behavior without having him damage our home. I've written other Amazon reviews on products we recently found that are helping with this problem. See Farnam Comfort Zone Feliway Electric Diffuser with 48-Milliliters Imitation Cat Pheromone & Anti Icky Poo Odor Remover (1) Quart with Sprayer if you have a similar problem. These products have helped immensely with controlling his behavior and with clean-up, too. He is the sweetest cat ever and we've missed having him in the house with us. He misses us, too. We still give him attention when he's on the porch, but not nearly as much as he got when he was in the house with us. The past few months when I've searched for ways to control his marking behavior, I came across cat enclosures. I never knew anything like this existed before. I checked them all out and decided to purchase this one. We are able to bring him in our home now. He's not entirely happy with the enclosure yet, but gets more used to it every time he's in it. We put a box in it for him to curl up in, and some of that brown packing paper for him to use, a cat nip toy and a ball. We can reach in and pet him, too.
It has a large zippered entry on the front and a smaller one on the side. If used outdoors on windy days, there are 4 stakes to fasten it down, or 3 pouches that can be weighted with sand or rocks. A towel can be thrown over top to shield the enclosure from the sun.
Folding the Funhouse:
I think this cat enclosure can be tricky to fold; a couple times it got all whopper-jogged from my folding efforts. Thankfully, I was able to straighten it out. Be sure you don't force it when trying to fold it back up; if you're doing it correctly it almost folds itself. Also, check out the You Tube video that was made just for this purpose. Google/search "youtube folding the feline funhouse" I watched it several times and finally started pausing it at crucial steps. Now I'm a pro at folding it. It's actually very easy.
We love using the Outdoor Feline Funhouse indoors; it's a wonderful product.
UPDATE: About a month after my purchase, I had some issues with folding the tent & phoned customer service. First I sent an email with photos of the problem, but then I decided to call..in case they didn't look at their email very often. My phone call was returned the same day! I'm in the Eastern Time Zone, Wild Whiskers is on the West Coast; in my msg, I said I could be reached until 11pm EST. I found their customer service representative, which was one of the designers of the tent, to be very, very helpful. When I explained my problem, she said she'd send me a new tent. She needed photos, so I mentioned I'd sent them in an email. I asked her to delay shipment for a week; she remembered to ship the tent w/o my having to call and remind her.
Great Customer Service!!! Great Product!!!
