"Just as ordered"2010-04-29 By James Cook (Houston, TX) I ordered this on Tuesday, it showed up on Thursday just as promised. Very soft. The cinnamon color is great. It fits in Sadie's crate just perfect.
"Good value, good bed"2010-04-28 By mda_duke Bed exactly as expected and the cat loves it. It's narrow and fits perfectly under his bench, which is by a heat vent. He loves to sleep in the bed by the heat and really likes the sides that seve as pillows for him.
"excellent solution"2010-04-26 By V. Patek Excellent solution to the dog bed problem. This one fits in my dog's crate, but also fits under the kitchen table and on the car's back seat. It stays flat and my dog immeditely liked the cushiony bolsters around the edge. Also, the price is reasonable. Good design.
"Cat loves it"2010-04-25 By Cecilia Le My cat loves this fleece bed. He got it in as soon as we put it out. He is 14 pounds and fits perfectly in the 24x18 bed. Great buy for just $15.

"Great product!"2010-04-05 By Mimi (Europe, Italy) I ordered 4 discs for my 4 cats. Arrived in perfect condition all the way to Europe. The disc is safe and very effective on cold winter nights. The disk stays warm for about 6 to 8 hours. My cats love to use them.I really like the product and it was worth the money. Shipping was fast and product is just as described.
"Snugglesafe pet heating pad"2010-04-03 By David DeQuick Nice, convenient, warm heating pad that lasts for several hours with one microwave heating turn.
"greatest thing since sliced bread"2010-04-02 By Anne kee (Monrovia, Ca USA) We have at least 8 of them in the family. We warm up our beds with them. The pets don't get to use them. LOL
"Best invention ever!"2010-03-30 By Binkers (Belleville, NJ) We had one of these and loved it so much for our outdoor cat, we got another. We put it into her winter "cubby" just before bed, and it's still got warmth left in the morning when she comes out. This is the dead of winter too. When the temps got really low, we put a second one in for peace of mind. It's the best little thing! I wish we had known about it before.
"Awesome!"2010-03-25 By Who's the Stig Directions say to heat the pad when it has cooled down completely. Isn't that kind of subjective? Other than that, this is a great product. I use it for my hedgehog instead of an electric heating pad and I can't imagine how much money I'm saving. I heat it up once before I go to bed and it lasts through the night. During the winter, I have to heat it up again in the morning before I go to work but it's a really effective heating pad for pets.

"@ Happy chihuahuas"2010-03-31 By R. perisian (34-38-29.70N 118-04-18.84W) Got this for our little chihuahuas. One can jump up on the bed by herself, but the little 3 lb tea cup, just curles up on the floor and waits for some-one to pick her up. The first day we got it, she figured it out, and spends half the day in the bed. Gonna buy another one soon. Only negative: don't sit or stand on it or it will break.
"Doggie Steps Are the Best"2010-03-23 By S. Wiese It took a while for the dogs to get used to the new steps, but now they use them regularly when getting onto and off of my bed.
"Great find!"2010-03-17 By Amanda Cater This is perfect for my 18 year old cat...She used the steps right away. Great price for product.
"Another OOPS"2010-02-08 By W. Coss (Manvel, Tx) Steps are very narrow at top and the sides are very weak and unstable. I tried every trick I could think of to get my miniture dachsund to use them but it just wasn't going to happen. Do to the cost of return shipping I gave mine away, maybe they will have better luck.
"Damaged Goods"2010-02-07 By BuffyXO (Orlando,FL) I ordered these stairs and were shipped to me only covered in heavy plastic. When I opened the top of the package, the top stair was cracked and several pieces were broken off. I did not open the rest of the package, since I was returning it immediately.
I taped the top of the package and returned it to a UPS store. They could not believe that this product had no packing protection. It was easy to see how the damage occurred. I did get my refund, but I was extremely dissatisfied with this company that couldn't spend additional money to make sure that their product would arrive in its intended quality.
The KONG Puppy Kong is made with our exclusive KONG Teething Rubber Formula. Veterinarians and trainers recommend stuffing the Puppy Kong with Kong Treats or Ziggies to aid in crate training and decrease separation anxiety, promote proper chewing behavior and deter misbehaviors. Everybody loves puppies-until they chew up your shoes. It's not completely their fault: the little scamps are driven to ease sore gums and try out developing teeth. Made from a special rubber formulation that's more flexible than regular Kongs, these puppy toys make an excellent substitute for your favorite pair of Manolos, soothing teething pains and encouraging healthy mouth and jaw development. They also help puppies learn the appropriate way to channel chewing urges--an investment that will pay off over the entire lifetime of the dog. Just like big-dog Kongs, these beehive-shaped puppy chews have a goofy, unpredictable bounce for hours of chasing and fetching fun, and the hollow construction is ideal for stuffing with treats to keep puppies busy and happy while their owners are away. For a cool (though messy) treat to soothe painful gums, seal one end with peanut butter, fill with water or broth, and freeze.
This toy is appropriate for small breeds like Yorkies, toy poodles, and Chihuahuas. Puppy Kongs shouldn't be used until a puppy is weaned; when his adult teeth come in at around 6 to 9 months, size up to a red or black adult Kong suitable for your dog's size and chewing habits. Regularly inspect the Kong for cracks or missing chunks, and replace worn or damaged toys to avoid a choking hazard. Satisfaction is guaranteed; if either you or your dog aren't happy with your purchase, return within 30 days for a full refund. --Mary Park

"My puppy loves it!"2009-12-05 By Holly Lauber (Austin, TX) My puppy LOVES his puppy Kong. Be warned though you will need to watch these types of Kong as your dog gets older to make sure their jaws aren't strong enough to chew them apart. They are made to be a bit "softer" so that puppies have an easier time to chew on it. This keeps my puppr busy for some time when I am gone at work AND he loves playing with the kong when it is empty now.
Note: Most puppies will not automatically start chewing on a Kong. you have to use things to make him want to chew on it. Some people use the "easy cheese" Kong spray can. It works for some dogs, doesn't work for others. Some people use peanut butter with kibble. This can do the trick but remember peanut butter is fattening and not really nutrious for your puppy. I, personally, will use part of my puppies kibble (sometimes other treats)and then canned wet food for dogs. I mix it and then put it in the freezer overnight. He loves it and it keeps him busy a lot longer than smearing wet food or peanutbutter in it.
"Great toy for teething puppy"2009-09-13 By Maryann Mcnally (Geneva, IL USA) The Kong toy is great. Not only is it a teething toy, but the rolling action of the toy keeps our puppy busy chasing it. It's sturdy and tough enough to handle a teething malamute!
"My puppy could care less for it"2009-09-10 By A. Lee (Los Angeles, CA) Maybe my puppy is just lazy. Got the puppy kong for my 8 wk old puppy and thought that he would love it. Nope, if he cannot get the treat out in under 30 seconds, he loses interest. I have smeared peanut butter on the inside and put some of his kibbles in there. Because the kibbles are stuck to the peanut butter, it doesn't really come out. Instead of chewing and working for the food, he just gives up. If there is no treats in there, he doesn't even play with it. I also think that I underestimated how big he was growing. The puppy size kong doesn't really fit a whole lot of kibbles and also I think his mouth is too big to really get in the kong to get the food out. I've contemplated on getting a classic kong but because of the experience, I do not know whether I really want to spend money on something he may still not care for. So sorry, kong didn't work for my dog.
"Durable little *@%t"2009-08-13 By J. Metcalf I bought this thing because my bigger dog tore off the top on the smaller one I bought a couple of months ago. This one she is unable to and now both dogs can enjoy the spray stuffing I put in them. Keeps your dogs busy on rainy days.
"Hours of Golden Entertainment :)"2009-06-01 By Tarjay Addict Had this for our Golden Retriever Puppy. He spent hours (over his months of growing), chewing on it. We never used any of the products that were sold to place inside of it. Like the previous reviewer, we chose to use our own "treats". His favorite was natural peanut butter - it was never messy from what I remember (as he spent plenty of time in the house with it). I'm pretty certain he eventually buried it in the yard when he decided he was a "big boy"; he likes to bury things & I haven't seen it in several years! It was also one of the only toy things he could never destroy. We have NEVER had any problems with him chewing on anything of ours either, which is nice! He still has adult Kong items now & another brand (& tennis balls, although he pops those like childs-play!). Baby Kong filled with some natural PB was great for us when we had people over and needed to keep him occupied :)

"Really Indestructible"2010-04-12 By Muffin (Laurel, Mississippi) Finally, a dog toy that really is indestructible. My terrier demolishes most "indestructible" dog toys within minutes, but this is one he can't destroy. He also likes playing with it and happily carries it around the house.
"Durable but not apealing to the dog"2010-03-15 By J. Tavis (Redding, CA) I was searching for an indestructable toy because my puppy can shred virtually any toy in a matter of minutes. This toy seems to be made well but the dog is not interested in it. If I put peanut butter on it he will lick it off but that doesn't take very long then he's done with it and leaves it alone. Would be better if it had a hole in it for a treat.
"BEST toy I've ever purchased!"2010-03-08 By Em (Honolulu, HI) My American Bulldog mix is more than just an "aggressive" chewer. He's a beast! Most toys lasted an hour at most, even the ones specifically marketed for aggressive chewers. But this is a completely different story. After two weeks of constant play, it shows absolutely no signs of wear! Not to mention, it's his absolute favorite! No more throwing away money on expensive toys that are no good. The Hurley is the only chew toy I'll ever buy him again.
"Indestructible"2010-02-12 By Terry R. Jones (Durham, NC) In my opinion and my dog, Dylan's, this is the only line of toys that are virtually indestructible. He has been chewing on the same pink bone for 6 years now and knows it by name. He LOVES it. Thats why we bought several more in the series.
"Better than most"2009-12-30 By Amanda K. Frayer (Orange, CA) My 10 month old Pit/Lab mix destroys most toys in minutes. So I was hesitantly hopeful that this toy's "guaranteed toughness" would hold up. Granted, this toy lasted well over a couple of weeks of intermittent chewing and playing. But she has now completely bitten torn this one apart as well. This toy, while not as tough as I would have liked, did last much longer than most and she seemed to love it. So I would likely buy this one again.

"They help my visiually impaired dog track the ball!!!"2010-04-16 By Jean_Pearson (USA) At first I was skeptical because my dogs are really obsessive about the orange chuckit balls and never thought we would find a better ball, but after using these balls I have to say I'm very pleased. One of our labs, Sheba, has suffered from seizures and has become partially blind. Sometimes it's difficult for her to find a ball when we throw it a long ways. (We have a fenced in acre which is essentially our dog park.) These balls really do help her to track it because they whistle when flying in the air. It's not very loud to me, but my dogs can defiantly follow the sound. These balls are harder and lighter than the orange balls and bounce better, too.
When throwing the orange balls, Sheba would bring back only about 50% of the time and our other lab would go find the ball for her and bring it back. But with these she brought the ball back 100% of the time!
So I have to give a big kudos to Chuckit for making ball time more fun for Sheba and thanks from our family!
"chuckit whistler ball"2010-04-16 By Barbara Stanfield This product makes me want to whistle! The dog loves it! I don't use it every day because she would not use the tennis ball then. I loose a lot of balls and I can't afford to lose a Chuckit everyday. She gets more enthused about retrieving when I bring out the Chuckit. The ball makes a whistling sound as the wind passes through the hole. The dog feels like it is on an amazing chase for prey! The blue color makes it easier to spot. I believe the dog likes the smoothness and the fact that she can mouth it easier. (She is a one year old Golden Retriever) I like to use it as a treat for her. I recommend this to anyone that wants to see their dog enjoy the act of retrieving. You will find yourself enjoying the act too!
"Doesn't whistle, color makes it invisible, washes out to sea"2010-03-21 By Kevin Woodward (Soquel, CA United States) My 1-year-old black lab loves to go to the beach and chase balls ... and it seems that every other dog owner we see is carrying a Chuckit! launcher. These whistler balls looked interesting from the description, but for me they were pretty much worthless.
The Ultra balls, on the other hand, are much better suited to my needs.
Anyway, here is what I discovered about the Whistler on our first try.
1. Whistle is barely audible ... and once a little sand or dirt gets on the ball, it goes silent. 2. The color on the beach makes it very hard for my dog to see in the sand due to the contrast I suspect, since dogs are color blind. Unless it is moving, she will often run right by it. 3. This ball washes out to sea in seconds, so if dog drops it or it rolls to the water's edge ... bye-bye forever.
The Ultra is darker and much better suited for beach activity, since there are no holes for sand to fill up in. Also, for some design reason, this ball does not get carried out to sea and floats on the water's edge waiting for your dog or you to pick it up. Also, unlike tennis balls, my dog cannot tear the Ultra apart.
I have tried tennis balls, paddle balls and others ... go Ultra or go home.
"Kelsy loves these balls, but they don't float."2010-02-10 By J. Branson (Seahurst, WA United States) Kelsy is a connoisseur of fetching balls. She used to use ordinary tennis balls, but she has preferred the orange Chuckit balls every since we first found out about them. Kelsy will fetch until she collapses, and then she likes to chew on the orange balls, almost like a mediation. She likes the blue whistling balls almost as well. I thought I would try them because she doesn't always watch where the ball is going, and I thought the whistling would help her keep track. This is true most of the time. You do have to throw it fairly hard to make it whistle, and if you are in a confined space, you can't always throw it hard enough.
The one big drawback is that these balls don't float. Kelsy loves to fetch a ball in Lake Washington, and she will swim for hours fetching the orange balls. Luckily, I didn't throw the blue ball very far the first time, because it sank right to the bottom. Kelsy was able to find it. We had to limit our lakeside fetching to the shallow water today, which wasn't as much fun for either of us.
These whistling balls are fun, and a nice change of pace, but Kelsy the connoisseur doesn't like them as well as the orange Chuckit balls.
I hope I never find out, but it seems like the hole through the middle of the ball could save a dog's life if she accidentally swallowed one. Although it is very rare, some dogs have died from getting tennis balls lodged in their throats. The design of this ball could be a lifesaver. Really, though, your dog shouldn't be playing with this ball, or any ball, if you aren't supervising.
"with the whistle noise, easier for dog to track ball ...."2010-01-10 By funbear When you get ready to chuck the ball, the dog usually takes off before you release the ball....so they rarely fallow the fall in flight.... if you don't throw it straight (in clear sight of the dog), then dogs with not-so-great eyesight will often loose track of the ball.... but with this ball, the whistling gives the dog a clue on the direction of the throw...so the likelihood of him loosing track of the ball is greatly reduced... a brilliant addition to the chuck-it line up.
Beware though, the noise is not that loud, so it can not be heard in very noisy environments...regardless, the ball is still the best ball regardless of the noise...

"Just okay....not real safe!"2010-04-01 By M. Evans (Minneapolis, MN) I bought this little crate as a carrier for foster puppies to get them back and forth to the vet office. I don't feel this crate is safe for actually carrying around a pet. The handle just snaps in and the locks are plastic that turn and lock and I feel that with any pet over a few pounds it might come apart when carrying them. I also don't like the way the door closes and locks into position. I have had it pop out on me. Now I use this crate without the door as an area for the puppies to go to and relax or play in. I don't carry them in it. I will purchase something a little more sturdy and secure.
"Junk"2010-03-06 By L. Jaeger I would not recommend this product. When you get this item you have to put it together and it has no instructions. When you do get it together it is very flimsy. Not a carrier I would recommend for a scared pet you are trying to take to the vet.
"Decent Cat Carrier, except for the door latch/locks"2009-12-16 By Paul Swadley (Richmond, VA United States) My sister got this cat carrier for me for Christmas as I have several cats and need to take them to the veterinarian regularly for checkups and shots. It came in a brown box, padded well. However, while it came in three parts (the top, the bottom, and the plastic latches for the sides and the doors in one twist-off piece), there were no assembly instructions. I had to figure out how to put in the latches and locks by putting the top over the bottom, and carefully align it so that the slots in the holes matched up correctly before pushing each latch in. A little brain power, but not too much. The box did come with an order form where you could order replacement parts, though.
Several reviewers noted that there was a problem with the door latches. I concur. The top and bottom front have raised ridges where the plastic door latches are meant to be pushed over to "lock" the door. So in testing it out, my youngest cat got in -- to explore, naturally! -- and I locked the door. But after picking it up and carrying it around the house a bit and then setting the carrier down, he was able to pop the door by pushing on it because the motion (both my walking and his motion inside the carrier) dislodged the door latches from the raised ridges. The metal grated door literally popped out when I set it down.
I'd rate this particular carrier "average" for very short trips, not for long road trips (which I plan in the future). You get what you pay for, in short. I'd get something better designed, even it it costs more money and latches much more securely.
"Unbelievably Fast"2009-11-28 By J. Ream (New Ringgold, PA) I can't believe how fast I received my products. I was shocked. The product was exactly how I expected it to be. Thanks Ozbo!!
"cat carrier"2009-11-15 By Linda Rae Alvarado (Olympia WA) it works great....would have been nice to have a few instructions for putting it together!
