This is a great product. However had to work with some additional parts I had laying around to beef up the connections. Too much water pressure and the provided connections blew out. Also had to adjust the float valve to get the water level closer to the rim of the bowl so my little peke could get to the water.

If I could only find one of these for food I would forget what my dog looks like. It's hot here in South Florida and this puts my mind at ease knowing that my Rott will always have water.

Great product. Our dogs water is always clean and stays very clean in this stainless waterer.

I had high hopes for this as my two labs are constantly in need of water.
I connected it to my faucet in the laundry room, turned it on and left it for a short while.
Unfotunately, as my laundry room floor will confirm,the plastic connector leaked and a fine spray of water covered the area around the bowl.
Seeking to resolve the problem I removed the connector and put sealant around it before connecting again. WRONG!!!! The cheap plastic connector was cracked along its length and continued to soak the laundry room floor. It could not have been tested before shipping.
Exasperated it went in the trash. Great idea, cheaply made, cheap price, I guess I got what I paid for.
As it would probably have cost more to return than it was worth I just gave up and donated it to Waste Mangement!

the metal bowl is really nice, big enough to handle our big hound but still usable for the cat. The metal is easy to clean and doesn't leach plastic toxins into the pets drinking water. Unfortunately, the supplied plastic hose connection has leaked from the start, even with replacement washers, etc. Maybe I got a dud and I'll fix it eventually, but puddles indoors or out detract from an otherwise nice product.
